Located upstairs, the large room is on the opposite side of the 1250sq. ft. townhouse to the other 2 rooms, therefore it’s very quiet. Huge patio 10ft. by 12ft. fenced patio. There are 1.5 bathrooms, in-suite laundry, a full kitchen with everything you could ever want. In suite laundry. Close to Phibbs exchange, Stongs. Maplewood area. Utilities are included, I also currently have Netflix, Prime, Crave and Disney. Cleaning is shared rotating different duties each week. I just ask to keep the place clean. The area Nestled in the Maplewood area of North Vancouver, the unit is in a prime location for ease of transportation both by car or transit. Shops and restaurants and groceries are right across the road on one side, or a bit further for Super Store Wooded paths that lead to Seymour River and Seymour Park on the other. Close to Phibbs Exchange and the Iron Workers bridge with a bus stop just outside if needed. Just past Phibbs are many more restaurants and stores. It’s very easy to get downtown, to East Van/ Burnaby, or into the heart of North Vancouver. However, the place is very quiet and does not feel like it’s close to the city.

We are 2 respectful guys, who generally keep to ourselves. I am an ex freestyle ski athlete and coach who now works partially from home in my room. The other tenant works nights in trades, and spend most of the day in his room asleep or out of the house. So the main area of the place is generally pretty available. We are both very open and relaxed. Must like dogs, I have a knee high very friendly dog. He loves cats, so a new cat or dog is no problem.
