URGENTLY SEEKING ROOMMATE TO MOVE IN FOR AUGUST 27TH! 2 bed 2 bath! Parking spot available and reserved! LGBTQIA+ friendly. Dogs and cats allowed. You’ll have your own bathroom in the form of the main bathroom in the hallway. I have my own ensuite in my room. We have Non central Air conditioning, an in suite washer and dryer, hot water tank, an undecorated balcony, and a Dishwasher. The living room has a big tv for watching shows and movies or modern gaming, and I have a CRT for those of you who like retro gaming and 0 latency! I haven’t got much furniture in the living area, but we have an armchair you can use no problem and a spare mattress for if you have to wait on getting your bed moved in.

Additionally, we have a Gym in the building accessible to tenants, and a garden. 1000mb pure fiber telus internet and tv are included in total cost, a half split between us!

We’re a 10 minute walk away from a great job market that has a Walmart, Tim Hortons, Best Buy, Subway, Triple O’s, Canadian Tire, and Bosley’s.

About Jack: I’m a 24 year old t-male, I work retail, but when I’m home, I love to hangout and watch movies or shows with whoever I’m living with. I like to keep my home clean and to make it feel like a fun and convenient place to live in. I sometimes cook, and occasionally bake.
