I am looking for a roommate for sharing a 2-bedroom apartment. It is a big apartment in a rental complex, 2 minutes walking from the North York subway station and from major grocery chains (Loblaw’s, Metro and LCBO), besides North York Library and Fit4Less gym. The extra bedroom is fully furnished with a brand new queen-size bed and mattress. The apartment is pretty big with a huge living room and balcony, fully furnished, including sofas, a big TV set, dinner table, tea table and outside sitting chair. High-Speed Internet is included in the rent. I am an easy-going, calm person who is working in a marketing company 5 days per week, and looking for a clean, quiet person to share my cozy apartment with. No Pet and no Smoking
