House to share, main floor of 4 bdrm, 2 bathroom (tub and shower), happy mixed house with a great big kitchen (2 refrigerators) and a huge, pleasant half-roofed back porch with flowers in summer. Some storage room available in the garage. Large GARDEN, with space available for you. Street parking. Quiet South Vancouver neighbourhood near transit on 3 sides, with stores along both Marine and Fraser. You will be sharing with two men and one woman; two of us do health care and we’re all careful about health protocols. Smoking outside (porch), please. Be great to have a cat. Rent includes utilities, cleaning supplies and tp, and a TV box (with a TV if you need one). A bed, dresser, chairs and desk are also available. We’ve been doing this for a long time and find that if the kitchen and bathroom are clean then the rest just works. Prefer female, preferably with a cat (ours is leaving with mom, it’s very sad). Laundry is an excellent new front-loading wash machine with both a dryer and a clothes line that runs off the porch 16 ft. above the ground. If possible, a cuddly cat.
All older (though I play water polo), 2 of us are in health care, 2 men and 1 woman, comfortable and quiet.
