About the room

Looking for someone to take over my Roommate’s half of the lease! One bedroom in a two bedroom, non-smoking basement apartment! One shared bathroom, separate den, in-unit washer and dryer. There is one parking spot that I won’t be using for the meantime, so if you have a car, you’d be welcome to it. Internet is included in the rent, as is water for the first year. I will pay the hydro bill.
