We are a family of 3. Renting out furnished bedrooms in our basement with high ceilings. All rooms come with a twin bed, desk, chair and closet. All utilities and high speed internet included. The house is all renovated. Everything is in very new and clean condition. The basement has a separate entrance, private kitchen, bathroom and laundry. 1 minute walking distance to the bus stop, which takes you to Coxwell subway station. There are many restaurants, coffee shop, convenience stores, parks, hospital and shoppers drug mart in walking distance. Very close to Danforth, where you can find everything from grocery stores to many shops and restaurants. Very central location and close to downtown. All rooms have a twin bed, desk and chair.

There are 3 rooms in total in the basement. All for females only. Each room can accommodate 1 person.
