🏠 About the space: Very large and bright room (I could do furnished the room for your convenience or unfurnished), depending of the new rommy’s necessities. We have our own laundry in suite. And dishwasher. Backyard for bbq. Lots of storage space, if you need it. Ideally looking for 1 person who likes comfort and a peaceful home. Clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

💲 Rental details: $1200/monthy Half deposit ($600) Utilities paid separately every 2 months Long-term rental

🙋🏽‍♀️ About me: I’m Mexican woman, living with my friendly dog Dom (12yo), I’m working as a HCA and a couple of days I’m working from home, as well. I enjoy to be at home cooking, cleaning, or doing handcrafted, but at the same time go out for hiking or ride a bike.
