🏠 About the space: Very large and bright room (I could be furnished the room or unfurnished), depending of the new rommy’s necessities. We have our own laundry in suite. And dishwasher. Backyard for bbq. Lots of storage. Ideally looking for 1 person (but open to 2) who likes comfort and a peaceful home. Clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

💲 Rental details: $1200/monthy Half deposit ($600) Utilities paid separately every 2 months Long-term rental
