My house is a bright and spacious home located in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood in Orleans.

I am looking for a quiet and respectful, non-smoking tenant, to rent the very large “in-law suite” in my basement. The space is almost 600 sq f and includes: • queen bed with mattress (optional) • wardrobe and drawers for clothes • sofa • solid large coffee table • kitchenette with fridge, induction cooktops and microwave (no oven). • private large full bathroom.

Parking is available if needed for an extra fee.

The room will be available on October 1, 2026 for $1375/month.

Price includes Hydro (electricity), Water, Gas, Heat and Central Air Conditioner for Cooling, high-speed Wi-Fi and access to washer and dryer at no charge (just bring your own detergents and laundry supplies).

The house is 2 minutes walking distance from public transport and parks in a quiet neighborhood. There are also nearby trails for biking and walking by the Ottawa River.

Conditions: • No pets • Strictly non-smoking home, no smoking of any kind, no vaping, no drugs, no parties, or loud music • Credit Check & References Required • First and last month rent required. • Single occupancy only
