Rent includes hydro, water, heat and internet (1Gb). It is located on Salton road close to highway 1, but tucked away from the noise. It is very close to everything you will need! Less than 2 minutes walk from Papa John, Brown Social, Little Saigon, Mcdonald, Little Japan, Mary Brown and many more. It is close to schools, UFV (5 mins walk), gas stations, walmart, Home Depot, parks and lots more. The unit does not have laundry, however laundromat is less than 2 mins walk. Although there is no contact with other people on the property. The other tenants live in the main house with all the facilities separated from this rental suite. Those other people are quiet, peaceful and easy going. The unit is a no smoking, no alcohol, no party, and no drugs environment.
