Room is furnished with a bed, a nightstand, and a desk. The double bed has a 10“ thick, medium firm mattress, that is covered by a hypoallergenic protector.

Condo apartment: • is on the top floor + sound-proofed from other units • is a completely furnished unit • faces south east thus is sunlit for most of the day • is carpet-free • has insuite laundry + a water softener • follows a no- smoking, vaping or Cannabis policy • is a safe and friendly building with quiet neighbours and no children on this half of the floor.

Immediate occupancy. Sublet is from me, a female tenant, who is creative, quiet and respectful of the space. I am the only other person living here. I have my own bathroom.
