Seeking a roommate for November, with the option of moving in the last week of October.

Cool old building in the South End. Large bedroom, shared bathroom. Rent is $900, with an additional ~$100 a month for utilities.

The apartment is up two long sets of stairs on the third floor of a converted house, so is unfortunately not accessible :(

Street parking only. Very walkable to grocery, pharmacy, & bus stops. Shared coin op laundry in the basement.

My two cats live here already so I am looking for an animal lover who does not own any pets (1 cat who has been socialized with other animals before may be considered - let’s chat!)

I would love to find someone who is interested in decorating and helping make the place feel homey! Room can come semi-furnished if you’d like!

I’m 28 years old. I work as an assistant director in the local film industry - I work super long hours and tend to be home only to sleep when I have a gig. Very much a homebody in the winter months. I love reading, watching movies, and crafting. I enjoy having some friends over from time to time but tend to keep it pretty chill!

You would also be living with my two cats, Cooper and Eden.
