Hello! I work full-time as an aerospace engineer (hybrid remote). My current flatmate is leaving Canada near the end of June, and as such, I am seeking a flatmate for a spacious bedroom in a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment on the 9th floor. The apartment is south-facing, providing stunning views from the balcony.

Room details: fully furnished, private, spacious room, with a queen-size bed.

Rent: $1,200/month (heat and water included). Internet and electricity bills are separate (~$50 monthly)

Shared spaces: Fully furnished kitchen, living room, bathroom, and balcony. Willing to share cookware with reasonable and careful use.
