Hello Friends👋

I have 1 room for rent with a shared bathroom ( you and 1 other person). Rent $750 per month . Location is in Huntingdon Village down by the border . On bus route. Close to shopping but still a very quiet neighborhood .

House will be shared with 1 - 38 year old woman 1 - 39 year old man ( we are not a couple) 2 - cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ 1 - mini poodle 🐩

Animals are well behaved No smoking / 1 self contained pet ok

Communal space for yoga or at home workouts with large mirrors.

Private parking spot available & laundry

House is kept clean , quiet and peaceful . I ask that you have the same values.

Security system & fast wifi

Ideally for student Avail January 1st
