Safe neighborhood. South Winnipeg near the University of Manitoba. The bus stop is conveniently just outside the door. This is especially appreciated in the winter time. It is a five minute bus ride to the University of Manitoba. 45 minutes to Downtown and University of Winnipeg. The kitchen and bathroom are shared . You are required to buy your own food and make all your own meals. Non smoking environment. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. I enjoy guests from many cultures.
