REQUIREMENTS


For female applicants looking to rent long term (1yr), who are non-smokers, non-partiers, respectful, responsible, clean, and a full-time employed, to share a basement with two other females. Rooms are for one single person only and are not suitable for couples or families.

 Smoking: Non-smokers. No smoking or any other form of substance (drugs)
