About the room

We have a brand new condominium with the master bedroom available for rent. It is a shared room so you share with other lady. This is new build so all appliances are also brand new.

The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-out terrace. The unit is located at the ground level. The rent is also inclusive but no parking spot available.

We also provide free unlimited, fast internet and the rent includes all utilities so you don’t have to worry splitting the cost with other renters.

The 2 other common rooms are also occupied by 2 ladies, both studying in U of Guelph.

The property is less than 10 minutes drive to U of Guelph.

We require first and last upon move in. The lease duration is flexible (short term or long term) but we require at least 2 months notice period so we have sufficient time to find a replacement.

If you are interested then kindly provide me your cellphone number so I can share with you through WhatsApp the video of the unit.

Regards, Joyce

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
