Both rooms available oct. 1. lovely bedroom with access to a small balcony, I’m located a few blocks from Stanley Park and very close to transit. The room has a small tv and wifi. I have a small friendly dog, Teddy. The room also rents by the week for shorter stays, request rates. I can email a video of the room. The last photo is the second rental room, has a wardrobe closet and television.. $1500.00/month

there is the owner, an older guy, You would be sharing the bathroom with the occasional roommate. There will no more that 3 of us at any given time.
