Semi furnished, includes queen size bed with frame, dresser, clothing rack, small dining table and curtains. Your own half bathroom but shared main bathroom. Your own full size refrigerator included. Shared kitchen, living room, laundry and balcony. Parking space available. Off of Bedford Highway (Mill Cove area) and less than one minute walk to bus stop (8,91,93). Close to grocery store, pharmacies, bank and restaurants. All utilities included in price.

We are a friendly, respectful quiet working couple who enjoy spending time at home after work. We take pride in keeping the house clean and organized and would appreciate the same from a new roomie. We love animals but don’t want pets at this time. Anything else, we would be happy to discuss further when we meet.
