Shared 2bed 2bath apartment (with female puppy) where you will have your own room and ensuite bathroom. I fully furnished the apartment including the room you will be renting. (no need to purchase bed, nightstand, desk) The kitchen is shared but I am not a frequent cook so it will be mostly yours. All kitchen utensils and gadgets I purchased are yours to use, so you do not need to purchase new sets. The unit has its own washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Access to balcony is possible through your room and the living room. The unit is on the 5th floor and there are two elevators available. The building has a garbage disposal/recycling room. Parking is also available but you would need to discuss that with the building managers. I am not acquainted with the prices. In my experience, the area has been great. 11 minute walk from Joyce-Collingwood Skytrain station. Amazing brunch spot right downstairs. There is a Safeway on Kingsway. Cute cafés and bubble tea store 1 min walk away. 2 parks, tennis and basketball courts on your way to and from the Skytrain station. The windows face the busy Kingsway freeway so car noises can be heard even though it’s minimal. So if you are a very light sleeper or noise of any kind bothers you this place might not be the best fit for you. Hi! I’m a 24 year old international student here in Vancouver. I am the only tenant you will be sharing the apartment with. I also have a 5 month miniature dachshund puppy named Mocha so you would need to be fine with living with a dog. I’m gay so please do not consider this apartment if you are not OK with it. I’m not loud (except for when I’m yelling “No!” at Mocha hahah) I am quite outgoing but I’m fine with a low-interaction relationship if that is what you’d like. I don’t throw parties or anything but I do invite a couple friends to watch a movie or play board games sometimes. (Would be our pleasure if you joined us!)
