House is located opposite of Etobicoke Collegiate. Approx 15-minutes walk to Islington Subway Station and/or Royal York subway stations. 15-minutes drive to Pearson Airport. Driveway parking is potentially available.
The neighbourhood is walking distance to Islington Village on Dundas, and stretch of restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, fruit/veg shops and butcher on Bloor St West.
The property backs onto a long stretch of green space, and is also in close proximity to many beautiful parks (Tom Riley, King’s Mill, Etienne Brulé).
MiWay (Mississauga Transit) is accessible at Islington Station.
There are pets in the home - unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate other animals at this time.
Two working professionals. Home is where we have down time and recover from our schedules. As such, it is more of restful/ quiet space.
