Heath's room

This room is in a lower apartment of a new home…it has its own kitchen, full bathroom and a half bathroom. It is currently vacant and there are four bedrooms and a washer and dryer in the unit. I am looking to rent out two of the rooms. No overnight guest, pets or couples.

I will maintain one room for myself, although I will not be using it. My mom lives in the upstairs unit therefore I stay upstairs when I visit Port Elgin. My name will be on one of the lower unit rooms as my address, so as to have access to the unit when required.
