A great clean apartment in St. Boniface. A 3 bed 1.5 bath Has Couch, TV, Dining table, Kitchen appliances (room that is being rented is not furnished) You will be sharing the bathroom (mostly with one other person) Parking is available for $80 if needed

JOANNA- I am a little introverted but I’d love to be able to chat/ play games or watch movies together every now and then! Recent graduate and working full time, so I’ll mostly be home in the evenings and weekends. In my free time I love to read and I’m hoping to get into painting later this year as well.

KIKI- i am also a recent graduate working full time. working evenings so I’m home most mornings. I love going out, trying new things-rn i’ve picked up crocheting!

We are both generally quiet and appreciate a tidy space. Looking for a roomie that is able to pay their bills on time, properly communicate, is respectful of shared spaces, knows how to clean up after themselves and is responsible for their guest(s)
