About the room
The room is on the main floor of the house and is about 10ft by 12 ft. It has a very large closet almost a walk in. The room is available for viewing but the move in date will be Sept 15/ 2026 or after. I will be repairing the light fixture and painting it within the next week. The house is large with a huge kitchen and two hang out spaces/ living rooms. There are 5 bedrooms in the house but will only be using 4. There is one bathroom that is shared. There is a yard and a bit of outside space when the weather is good. Can be furnished or unfurnished. The house is built in the late 1920’s We are open to short term and or longer, TBD. Rent includes all utilities and wifi as well as all house supplies. Laundry shared on sight. Included in rent.
About the roomies
We have 2 cats . Two small females. They are very friendly and have tonnes of personality I am 50 main tenant. I like art, music and making fun. I do outreach work for people with developmental disabilities. Francois is retired and an avid gardener. Jesse early 30’s is big into video games and is super chill.
