The house is large with a huge kitchen and two hang out spaces/ living rooms. We are also going to be making a music room in a spare. The room itself is quiet and cozy all freshly painted. There are 5 bedrooms in the house but will only be using 4. There is one bathroom that is shared. There is a yard and a bit of outside space when the weather is good. Can be furnished or unfurnished. The house is built in the late 1920’s We are open to short term and possibly till may or june of next year or longer. TBD Rent includes all utilities and wifi as well as all h0use supplies. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Laundry shared on sight.

We have 3 cats . Two small females and 1 large male. They are very friendly and have tonnes of personality I am 49 mom/ main tenant. I like art, music and making fun. I do outreach work for people with developmental disabilities. Kennie is in his 30s. He’s big into video games and is super chill. 17 year old. Studying hard and getting ready for college. My husband will eventually move in. We are waiting on immigration. He is a barber and a musician.
