About the room

A fully furnished bedroom is available in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment near the Dixie/Dundas intersection. Rent is $825 per month and includes all utilities and internet. Parking may be available for an additional fee.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me (mature female professional, hybrid work schedule) and a friendly/quiet golden retriever. The location is highly convenient:
