The washroom and living room will be shared only with the other upstair tenant. The kitchen and laundry room will be shared with the rest. There’s an ample spot for parking. The area is close to all level of school and it is a quiet neighborhood. Looking for female non-smoker boarders only. No drinking and partying allowed. The individual must be responsible to keep things clean and tidy and respect the other boarders.

Currently have 3 roomies(2 basement and 1 upper level). All roomies are all working full time.
