Hello all - I have 2 side by side rooms that I am renting out together as a fully furnished bedroom and TV room. This also comes with your own private 3 piece bathroom. Kitchen & laundry are both shared. Also includes access to the basement gym. House is located right by Lake Muskoka and just a 2 minute walk to the Main Street. $1250 includes everything with no additional costs. High-speed internet and Netflix are also included. Am a full time government employee in my late 30’s. Have a good sense of humour and am easy to get along with. In my spare time I’m often either at the gym, gardening, baking or maintaining the house
