Fully Furnished room comes with a desk, double bed and shelves. Free in-unit laundry, Shared kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen comes with all amenities included such as microwave, fridge, stove, toaster oven, toaster, blender, rice cooker, kettle, cutlery, plates, pots and basic utensils for cooking. The rent price includes all utilities (Wifi, hydro and gas).
It is a quiet and clean home with a well behave kitty cat. First and last month rent DM for more info.
About the roomies
Im a clean and chill person, the area is nice and quiet, pretty familiar neighborhood with a bunch of businesses along the Danforth. Very flexible and like any house there are some basic rules such as house shores to keep our space clean and tidy. For more just contact me!
