About the room
Apartment includes Washer & Dryer, Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, It is 1.5 bathrooms, the available room is across the hall from the half bath, tub/shower in main bathroom. Room available has a Twin XL Bed, a mini freezer in it. Bill wise, all but power is included. Building is a smokefree property, including balconies and parking lot. It is cat friendly, but it requires a substantial deposit to bring one in, would prefer no pet. Small Gym downstairs.
About the roomies
I’m a recently separated 43 year old male who is looking for a roommate, my current lease is locked in until August 2026, but willing to stay on longer if you like the place as well. I work weekdays 7-4, am fairly introverted and stay to myself, but am not against socializing if you would prefer. I’m fairly tidy and try to keep everything running smoothly. While guests are welcome, they shouldn’t stay over too often.
