The house is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, transit, and a short bus ride to Mohawk College. The neighbourhood is made up of newer homes and has a very calm, homey feel.

-Location- Upper James & Rymal area Close to Limeridge Mall and Mohawk College Safe, quiet neighbourhood with nearby parks and walking distance to restaurants and a large variety of stores

-Pets- I have a very friendly dog (Arlie) and a tuxedo cat (Jack). One of my current roommates has 2 additional cats. They are affectionate, clingy, and shed. Applicants must be comfortable living with pets. NO additional pets please

A little about me, my name is Abbey, and I am taking a business program at Mohawk College. When I am not studying, I enjoy game nights, going for hikes and spending time with my pets.
