I’m subletting two carpeted bedrooms in my bright, modern home located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood near Upper James. It’s walking distance to restaurants, shops, dealerships, transit, and a short bus ride to Mohawk College. The area is full of newer homes and feels very safe and homey.

Rent: $1,100 per room (utilities included) Move-in Date: December 1st or January 1st or possibly mid December

Female young adult students preferred.

Pets

I have a very friendly dog (Arlie) and cat (Jack) living here. They’re affectionate, clingy, and shed. Tenants must be comfortable with pets but preferably don’t have pets of their own

A little about me, my name is Abbey, I have two pets (a dog and cat) who are my life. I love game nights, cooking and dystopian thrillers. I am taking a business program at Mohawk college and spend lots of my time studying. I am someone who needs to have common areas kept clean/organized. I like to decorate for the different seasons and make the place feel homey. Let me know if you think you’ll be a good fit :)
