The Logistics: The photos tell most of the story (including some photos of the neighbourhood!), but I’ll add that I’m ideally looking for the following:

The landlord’s requests: 🚫 No pets 😢. 🎉 No parties or loud music. 🚬 No smoking

The Neighbourhood: Peaceful, family‑oriented block; minutes to Queen Elizabeth Park, thrift shops, sushi, vegan spots on Main, and Fraser’s Asian restaurants. Room is huge! Fits a queen bed + desk + couch and more; good natural light; calm, clean shared spaces (kitchen, full bath).

The house is between No Frills and Nesters Market, so if you don’t spend all your money on the abundant surrounding restaurants, there are plenty of options for groceries.
