Subletting my furnished very large bedroom. Capitol Hill neighborhood. It is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a fully fenced yard, and driveway.

The entrance is shared with a quiet polite lady who lives in the basement suite, you will share the upper suite with one woman. There is a large shared living room with a balcony, large windows, and a 65” TV, shared laundry (brand new washer), and shared kitchen/dining room with floor the ceiling windows, fully equipped with a large pantry, dishwasher, full stove and oven, coffee machine and keureg, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, ice maker, crock pots, pressure cooker, air fryer, microwave and anything else you could need. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished.

Upstairs you will find the fully furnished master bedroom (yours) with a large closet and huge floor the ceiling mirrors. Two large windows in the bedroom. Bedroom has an high ceiling and will come with dressers, tv stand with 50” tv, tall bed on a bed frame and boxspring. Desk negotiable.

Also upstairs is the large shared bathroom with dual sinks and own individual bathroom storage. Across the hall is the other persons room. Entire house is hardwood, brand new smoke detectors and CO detectors.

Dog friendly upon approval. Parking in the driveway is included. Just at the end of the block is a large park with bike trails. Only a 5 minute walk to SAIT, just a few blocks down the road. At the end of the block in a convenience store. 10 minute walk to Starbucks. 5 minute walk to the pharmacy. Grocery stores and a mall are just a 3 minute drive away. Very convenient and desired area.

The other person is a 22 year old female working full time. Very outgoing and friendly. Very clean and tidy. She is gone most of the time at work. She loves dogs and is very inclusive. She is the best, super respectful and more of a friend than a roommate.
