Have a room available starting November 2nd in a house shared with 3 other girl roommates. Room can be arranged for a 6 month or 10 month term. Wifi and utilities is included in the 850 per month! The house is located a 3 minute walk from a c train station, and we are super close to both sait and u of c campuses! Photos are of the room currently but the room will be cleaned out on November 1st, can provide more photos of the house and the room upon request.

The house includes 3 25 year old female roommates! we all have have semi different schedules so not everyone is usually all home at once, but we definitely love to have some nights where we go out for drinks on the weekend or have movie nights on weekdays. We also have a super sweet and friendly 2 year old Border Collie mix named Belle. Feel free to reach out with any other questions!
