Have two rooms available starting September 1st ! The house is in a great location especially for students, we are a 2 minute walk from the Banff Trail train station and 20 minute walk to U of C. If we fill both rooms rent is 850 per month with utilities included, if we find only one roommate rent and utilities would be $1050. Bedrooms will be unfurnished come September 1st, but common spaces are furnished. We have a garage with parking space as well as street parking, and the house has a really nice backyard! One room is on the main floor with two other girls and the other is in the basement. Can send some more videos and photos of the house upon request!

Hi! our names are Shaynah and Klaire we are 26 and have lived in the house for a year now but two roommates are moving out and we love the property so we want to resign the lease for at least another year with some new roomies! We have a 3 year old medium sized dog (border collie mix) her name is Belle and she is an absolutely sweet heart. We both have our own different schedules and interests, but enjoy hanging out together at home or making plans when we can.We like to keep a relaxed feel at the house and clean common areas as well, and are looking for two more girls to join our home!
