Liam's room

The room is west facing in the back of the home on the 2nd level. The area is pretty quiet and the home is under 10 years old. Standard size bedroom with a closet.

Main bathroom will be shared with me (landlord) as the shower is bigger than the en-suite. I can free up space in the garage for parking and there is parking on the street.

I’m the only one living here currently (landlord). I’m 35, into music, traveling, sports, games. Only looking for 1 person to rent one of the spare bedrooms. I’m pretty easy to get along with. Main thing I ask is just being respectful.
