I just am in the process of finishing the renovations on.my house. I have 2 rooms available. A furnished and unfurnished room. The house has 3 bathrooms but the one on the level with the 2 available bedrooms has a shower and will be used by us both. The one room has a closet and is furnished and the other is larger but no closet. I can furnish both rooms also if that is a need. This is my personal home so i am looking forward to living with someone who will treat this location as it is their own. Students are welcome and we would share the same rooms also. I can send pictures and show you the place if you like. There is a possibility of a separate kitchen for.you also. You would basically have your own room on the 2nd floor which would house everything you need. I just need to come up to use the shower I the ams.

I am a healthy and fit middle aged single male who is in law enforcement. I cannot have anyone who uses drugs in the house.
