I have newly renovated my house. I have 2 rooms available on the main floor. one is furnished and the other is not but can be. There is a washroom on this level as well as a kitchen and tv room. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The washroom shower on the 2nd level will be communal until the main floor shower is put in. The main floor has a washroom and no shower yet. I also have laundry facilities there too. This is my personal home so i am looking forward to living with someone who will treat this location as it is their own. Students are more than welcome. I prefer someone working or in school and parking is available too. I can send pictures and show you the place if you like or I can take you on a tour of the house. Currently I have 2 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 bedrooms on the second floor, and one on the top. I am looking to rent out the 2 bedrooms on the main floor as I will move from the main floor to the upper unit on the third floor.

I am a healthy and fit middle aged single male who is in law enforcement. I cannot have anyone who uses drugs in the house. The second floor has 2 dentists and a recent graduate student. They are on a different level of the house and there would be limited contact between everyone,
