I am looking for a female roommate who could share an entire unit with me.

The unit is on the top floor of a Victorian house that has a unique architectural design with steep and gabled roof.

The room is spacious, with a closet and partially furnished, featuring a DIY-built bunk bed and a comfortable sofa. We will share the kitchen and bathroom space. Utilities are all-inclusive in rent. The shared washing machine and dryer with neighbors are downstairs.

The location is in Parkdale, Toronto. The west-end neighborhood has a vibrant culture where you can find authentic restaurants, trendy bars and coffee shops, art galleries, vintage clothing stores, and the waterfront parks within walking distance.

Grocery Metro and FreshCo are in 7 minutes, No Frills and Longos are in 10-15 minutes, and a few small independent grocery stores are around the house.

Transportation 501 Streetcar on Queen, 504 Streetcar on King, 29 bus on Dufferin, that would take you around the city. 

Fitness There are several fitness options for gyms, yoga and pilates studios, and boxing gym around the house in 5-15 minutes.
