New townhouse (2024 occupancy), with shared main level with open concept kitchen, living room and dining room, shared laundry room in basement and 3 bedrooms upstairs (with one put aside as a guest room). Upstairs and downstairs are carpet with a mix of tile and hardwood on the main level. Plentiful street parking, we are close to transit (closer again when the train starts running) and the Innes corridor for shopping, entertainment and restaurants as well as local nature trails.

One male (50+) occupying basement bedroom and one lady occupying one bed room upstairs. Both are professionals and work outside the house during regular business hours Monday to Friday. Generally quiet people with minimal guests.
