Wonderful open space alot of light and large patio family and single oriented neighborhood. Two floor very modern laneway house front and back door entrance. Brand knew warm, modern and cable and wi fi heat included. Has two washrooms, one with shower the other a powder room on first floor. Shower on second floor right next to bedroom along with washer and dryer in suite and desk office area with printer and stand up desk avaliable to use. Open lit space.
