Looking for a roommate to share my beautiful 2 bed, 3 bath townhouse! You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and the room comes furnished with a super comfortable queen mattress, sheets and a bed frame and a huge flat screen TV! The home is bright, modern, and airy, featuring open living spaces and a stunning 180° mountain view — perfect for enjoying both sunrises and sunsets.

I’m a 26-year-old working professional and would prefer to find another female working professional roommate around the same age who’s friendly and tidy!

The room is available for a 6-month lease starting January 15th, with the option to extend — ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-kept home.

I currently do not have any pets the townhouse board does have a weight limit of 25 pounds for dogs. I am open to both cats and dogs!

Located just 4 stops from University Station and about a 20-minute walk to Tuscany Station, the townhouse offers easy access to grocery stores, bike paths, and beautiful trails. The complex also includes a fully decked out fitness centre, in-suite laundry, and lots of natural light throughout.

Parking is available for an additional cost if needed. Cost may be negotiable with the rent!
