About the room
This room is big and furnished and comes with all standard fittings. It has a bed frame and a bed but if you prefer yours it’s fine. The price covers all except electricity which rarely pass $10/month after splitting . It is located in blue and orange lines like bus 160, 165, 465 and few minutes from plamodium metro. It is just 4mins walk to Walmart, Maxi , and other grocery store. It is available now since current occupied is now moving to school hostel
About the roomies
My name is Daniel Amaogu a PhD student at Polytechnic Montreal. My wife is also a student and lives with me in this apartment. So we are looking for someone committed to long-term as our current lease runs till August with possibility of renewal.
