Furnished Secondary suite in a upgraded unit located in Lower Mission of Kelowna in a well managed resort: Playa Del Sol. Rent include all utilities and internet.
Lease term is from May 1 to May 30 and possibly to June 30. The suite has its own full washroom: queen bed, walk-in closet.
$1300 for a single person and $1400 for a couple. $1600 for the secondary suite plus den (with bunk beds) One designated parking tall.
The facilities in the resort include fitness room, steam room all year round. The unit has two bedroom suites + a spacious den (third bedroom). We are renting the two suites separately.
About the roomies
Right now the Master bedroom suite is occupied by a senior professional. Absolute no pet, no smoking.
