Unfurnished 1 Bed 1 Bath available to rent in a fully furnished 2 Bed 2 Bath condo. Rental period is January 1st to May 31st with the possibility of extension, but I’m flexible on the dates. The room for rent is an internal bedroom with a sliding glass door and comes with its own closet. You also get your own 4 piece bathroom. The unit offers a balcony with south facing views of both the city and the lake, and lots of natural light. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and there is an in-suite washer and dryer. There is also an adjustable thermostat for heating and cooling. The building itself has a gym and a concierge, the only way to gain entrance is through a buzzer at the front door or with your key fob. All utilities and Internet are included in the monthly rent. Hello, I’m Sara :) I’m 26, and I work in Fashion & Film so I’m either gone 12 to 18 hours every day, or I’m home most of the day. In my spare time I like to relax, workout, visit cute shops, or walk around in nature. I’m clean and organized, and very respectful of other people’s things.
