The room for rent is an internal bedroom with a sliding glass door and comes with its own closet. You also get your own 4 piece bathroom. The unit offers a balcony with south facing views of both the city and the lake, and lots of natural light. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and there is an in-suite washer and dryer. There is also an adjustable thermostat for heating and cooling. The building itself has a gym and a concierge, the only way to gain entrance is through a buzzer at the front door or with your key fob. All utilities and Internet are included in the monthly rent.
