🏡 About the House Located in Strawberry Vale on a quiet dead-end road. 20 minutes to downtown 15 minutes to Brentwood or Langford Close to nature: Thetis Lake, Francis King, Cordova Bay and plenty of walkable neighbourhood trails. Front yard + backyard + trampoline 😄 Surrounded by Garry oaks — lots of leaves, but lots of beauty and grounded energy too

Our current roommates are a couple who were only in Victoria for one semester, and are on to their next adventure for the summer. We have had great experiences having roommates!

👩‍👦 About Us My son Sorrel (6) and I are looking for someone who enjoys a warm, intentional home.

I’m in my early 30s, studying Chinese medicine and bodywork. I don’t drink or party. I love cooking, fancy chocolate, nature walks, and procrastinating. I value living well and having fun.

Sorrel is hilarious, goes to nature school on weekdays, and spends about 40% of his time with his dad. He’s an easy kid to live with, and past roommates would vouch for that.
