About the room

We are looking for a new roommate for the 1. dec 2026. The room is nice and spacious in a beautiful townhouse in hochelaga, right by rue ontario. There is access to a backyard with a fire pit. Wifi included in the price. Washer and dryer available in the apartment. There are several grocery stores and nice shops and cafes around the corner. Gym in 5 minutes walking distance. 10 minute walk to green line metro station prefontaine and jolliette. A lot of nice parks available in the area. We are looking for a quiet, introverted roommate. We occasionally have game nights, but we very rarely have parties. The room will be available december 1st, but we can arrange a viewing anytime this month. For the winter months we split the electricity bill.
