Location: We’re located in the North End, near The Commons, in between Agricola street and Gottingen street. About a 20 minute walk downtown. There’s a super close bus stop for the 1 and 7ab.

Amenities: In-unit laundry as well as a dishwasher. We do pay for electricity, which is about $50 each in the summer and a little more in the winter depending on how much heat you use. There’s also a little private deck outside with a table and chairs.

I’m a 21 year old female, in my fourth year at NSCAD. I love to do crafts, be outside, and cook! I am quiet, and I like to keep the common spaces clean. I don’t enjoy a lot of noise, and like to use my home as a place to reset.
