Lovely sun all year and great views. You are 2 blocks away from Richmond & Oxford and 1 block away from Oxford and Talbot. Central for most bus routes, and shopping. My preferred tenant hopefully would be quiet, neat, clean, honest and respectful. If you smoke it is to be outside. The same with cannabis. The lease term is negotiable.
