Hi! We’re looking for a roommate/s to join us in our newly built townhouse.

We are one couple and 1 girl. I have a 3-year-old Black German Shepherd named Aura. She’s friendly and well-trained, so this space is ideal for someone who’s comfortable around dogs. Location: • 1-minute walk to the bus stop • Safe, quiet neighborhood with easy transit access

Utilities are shared among everyone in the house — averaging $60–$80/month. Move-in date is June 1st 2026

Who We’re Looking For: Someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces — ideally a working professional or student who values a peaceful and comfortable home environment. We live like a family and less like roommates!
