Furnished Private room with private washroom ideally for a couple!

Hi! We’re looking for a roommate/s to join us in our newly built townhouse. We are two youngish individuals (one guy + one girl) I work in sales and she is almost done with nursing school. I have a 3-year-old Black German Shepherd named Aura. She’s friendly and well-trained, so this space is ideal for someone who’s comfortable around dogs.

Utilities are shared among everyone in the house — averaging $60–$80/month. Move-in date is January 1st.

Who We’re Looking For: Someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces — ideally a working professional or student who values a peaceful and comfortable home environment. We live like a family and less like roommates!
