Semi-furnished room in a cozy townhouse located in the heart of Clayton Park. This is in HALIFAX, no idea why the website lists “Bridgeview”

The 2,350 ft² townhouse has three bedrooms, plus a large den with door in the basement, and two full bathrooms (plus a half-bath on main floor). One of the small bedrooms is already taken. The house includes amenities like a washer and dryer, a new heat pump, parking for 1 vehicle (or two smaller cars), and fully equipped kitchen. On-street parking is also free. $950 for the smaller room, utilities included: electricity, high speed WiFi, heat & hot water.

The larger Master Bedroom has a private ensuite bath and is going to be available starting Nov 1st for $1200. An enclosed deck off the living room provides privacy for BBQs and relaxation.

This comes semi-furnished: we have basic furniture and stuff you will need (bed, dining room, sofa-futon, also dishes and pots & pans etc) but if you have your own stuff you can definitely move it in and we can move the existing basic furniture out.

Rental is on a flexible month to month lease. Small pets are OK (owners are responsible for pet damage) however all smoking, including cannabis, has to be outside.

Mt St Vincent University is a quick bus ride or 20-min walk away; the local bus goes directly to Dal and SMU in 25 minutes also.

One of the smaller rooms is taken by me, a student at MSVU. Looking for responsible, friendly roomates who are also students or young workers which will share the house respectfully.
