Hello everyone, We are looking for a third roommate (female only) in a 3 bedroom and 2 washroom apartment.

The move in date is Jan 1st 2026 (early move in on Dec 15th 2025 maybe possible) and first and last month’s deposit is required before moving in

You will have your own room (unfurnished but can be furnished with a bed if needed) and access to all the common areas (Kitchen, and Living/dining room) and will share the bathroom with one other person (female). The male roommate will have his own washroom. There is a laundry room on every other floor of the building with 2 washers and 2 dryers on each floor.

The numbers: Rent: $700 (subject to increase once every year as determined by the Province which has been between 2.5 to 5% in the past years) Hydro: $20 to $30 per person depending on usage (the building does not have AC but heat and water is included in the rent). If you have a personal/portable AC, then the hydro will be higher based on the usage. Internet: $34 per person (Bell unlimited Fibe 1 gig) Underground Parking can be arranged with the building for $130

You will be sharing the apartment with two other roommates (all roommates will have their own private rooms) one female and one male. The male roommate has his own washroom while the other 2nd washroom will be shared by two females. roommates.We are both employed full time and go by a very predictable 9 to 5 kind of schedule. Currently we are both working from home and in person (hybrid). We are introverted, keep to ourselves for the most part but are open communicators when needed especially when it comes to any roommate issues or issues regarding the apartment.

Our preferences: Female Non-smoker Full time employed and go by a 9-5 schedule Be open to work with the other roommates in case there are any conflicts or issues Not the party type or super loud Be ok with living in an environment where the roommates keep to themselves and stay in their rooms but at the same time open to interacting with the roommates in the common areas Someone who needs the place for at least a year
