Looking for a female roommate from Oct 1st 2026.

Current roommates are one female and one male and we all have our own private bedrooms.

Up for rent is the third bedroom which is completely private and you will share the bathroom with one other female roommate. The male roommate has his own bathroom.

Utilities are extra and are about $60 a month for internet and hydro. Heat and water is included. The building does not have AC. Parking is extra. There is a common laundry room on our floor which costs $5 per load (wash & dry).

First and last required and the lease term is monthly with 30 day notice required before moving out.

We are both working professionals and work 9 to 5. We pretty much stay in our own rooms but at the same time we team up when it comes to tackling any issues regarding the apartment.

We like to keep the apartment very quiet and peaceful and hardly have guests over.
