This is a beautiful apartment, right across from UVic (10 minutes or less walking). It is a shared space with one roommate, one bathroom (pink), and balcony access from all rooms. Kitchen is small, but functional. This apartment also has en suite laundry. Underground parking is available for an extra $50 a month, but all other utilities included in the rent. The building also has a fitness room and “games” room with a dart board, pool table and shuffle board. There is also secure bike parking inside the building. 10 minute walk to Tuscany Village, and on major bus route (26,39), and all buses that go to UVic. 10 minute walk to Mt Tolmie, 20 minute walk to the beach. Room will be fully furnished, unless requested otherwise.

Hi, my name is Julia. I am 23 years old, and will be studying full time at UVic. I work occasionally as a support worker. I am very social, friendly person, who loves to host my friends at the apartment, for dinners and gatherings. I am constantly exploring the island and all that victoria has to offer.
