I’m renting a home in Bowness and looking for someone to rent the basement. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom and living space. We will share a kitchen and laundry. Utilities not included. The space is unfurnished, clean, bright with a large window well, and freshly painted. You will have access to a yard front and back and the opportunity to share in the gardening. Ideally there is room downstairs for you to have your own space for dining too. Absolutely NO hard drugs use or alcoholics.

I’m a 45 mother of 1, recently separated. My son is 9 and he is a wonderful child everyone loves with me part time only. We are clean. I am a yoga teacher and artist and I manage a yoga studio.
